Fannie Mae has new internet tools for struggling homeowners

Fannie Mae has a new video as part of its internet toolbox to help struggling homeowner learn the best steps they can take if they are having trouble paying their mortgage.  The information is pretty well presented and is good guidance for homeowners looking to understand what they should do, or do next.

From their email notice:

Today, January 6, Fannie Mae launched WaysHomeTM, a new interactive video to educate homeowners about their options to avoid foreclosure, motivate them to make the right decisions, and encourage them to seek help. WaysHome is part of Fannie Mae’s Know Your OptionsTM consumer initiative to help today’s struggling homeowners and is available on KnowYourOptions.com.
